Privacy
This page explains what is stored on your device, what is uploaded for a private gift, and what happens after 14 days, how long link history is retained, and the link creation limit.

When you create a private gift link, the bouquet composition and card information needed to display it are uploaded to our service. The link is unlisted and excluded from search indexing, but anyone with the link can open it.
A free private bouquet and its link expire 14 days after creation. After expiry the link no longer displays the bouquet. The sent-link record remains in the sender's Inbox for 30 days from creation, then the record is deleted. Associated gift files are removed after the link expires.
An account can create up to 50 private bouquet links in any rolling 14-day period. Cancelled and expired links still count until they fall outside that 14-day creation window.
We record the first opening of a private bouquet so the sender can know it arrived. If the recipient chooses a response or writes a reply, that response is stored and shown to the sender. Opening identifiers are used to avoid duplicate notices.
Anonymous product events may be used to understand whether public pages and core flows work. Analytics must not include recipient names, sender names, card text, full bouquet snapshots or private link tokens.
You can delete local drafts from History. A sender receives a deletion credential for a private bouquet when the link is created. Account holders can manage supported account data from the account area.
